• These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between DOIY and you (the customer) regarding online orders placed on our website www.doiydesign.com.
• By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.
• DOIY reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. The applicable terms are those in force at the time of your order.

2. Placing an Order

• To make a purchase, simply add items to your cart and follow the checkout process.
• By completing an order, you confirm that:
o You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
o All information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices listed on the website include VAT (where applicable).
• Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and order total.
• Payments can be made securely using Stripe, Visa Credit Card, PayPal, or Apple Pay.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are shipped within 3 to 7 working days from confirmation. Please refer to our FAQ for shipping cost details.
• Delivery times may vary depending on logistical factors and external circumstances. If we cannot meet the estimated delivery date, we will notify you and provide options to proceed or cancel.
• We ship to almost all European countries and the United States.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Customers can return items within 14 days of delivery.
• To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at hello@doiydesign.com to request a return.
  2. In your email, include the following information:
    - Reason for return
    - Order number
    - The items you wish to return
    • Please note:
    o Customers are responsible for organizing the return and covering the return shipping cost.
    o Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned items are received and inspected.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Once payment is completed, orders cannot be canceled. If needed, you can return items after delivery according to our Return Policy.

7. Errors and Inaccuracies

• While we strive for accuracy, there may be occasional errors in pricing, product descriptions, or availability.
• DOIY reserves the right to correct such errors and adjust or cancel orders if necessary. Customers will be notified in such cases.

8. Intellectual Property

• Any reproduction, distribution, or use of this content without prior consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Liability

• DOIY is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
